Veloz’s Public Policy Board
California Air Resources Board (CARB) Chair Lauren Sanchez is a seasoned climate policy expert and brings her vast experience at the intersection of environmental policy, diplomacy, and state governance to the Veloz Public Policy Board. CARB is a founding member of Veloz and our two organizations have partnered together for a decade on transportation electrification programs that advance EV adoption.

Doreen brings a new regional perspective to Veloz’s Public Policy Board as we grow our impact and programs nationally.

Zoox has been a longtime member of Veloz and represents a critical and growing part of the transportation ecosystem with their all-electric robotaxi.

Uber Head of Sustainability Policy Tessa Sanchez leads global policy initiatives which expand access to electric transportation. Uber is committed to becoming a fully electric, zero-emission platform by 2040 and Tessa’s leadership will be critical to achieving Veloz’s most strategic plan pillar to expand ZEV light-duty sector by supporting EVs in ride-sharing.
