Paul is the State Policy Lead at Zoox, an autonomous vehicle developer and ride-hail operator whose mission is to create a purpose-built, all-electric robotaxi that gives the world a better way to ride. In his role, Paul oversees state policy and regulatory strategy and engagement for the company across the United States. Paul has a decade of experience in state-level AV policy. Paul holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and a Master’s degree from Harvard Divinity School.
