Veloz is on the search for a new communications director to build upon the excellent work already underway. The Communications Director plays a critical role in bringing awareness to the benefits and value of transportation electrification and will improve and grow on the work that the communications shop has begun for our electric for all future. The incoming Communications Director leads with their belief in and commitment to Veloz’s vision, mission and theory of change.
They must possess strong instincts and the conviction to apply them to sophisticated strategy. They know how to tell a great story, how to communicate value to diverse stakeholders and how to communication with the highest standards of integrity to hold both themselves and the organization accountable to our brand promise.
The successful candidate joins a small, fast-paced team that operates with a sense of urgency, fueled by passion and the pressing nature of the work at hand. The Veloz team works hard and understands how to celebrate successes. We seek a Communications Director who leads with positivity, a belief in what is possible and is reliable, flexible, calm under pressure, collaborative and has a fantastic sense of humor.
