Patrick Duan started his career with parent company BYD in 2004, serving as a design engineer. He continued up the ranks, ultimately serving as the senior vice president of operations. After 20 years with BYD, Duan became the co-chief executive officer of the new RIDE spinoff. He’s held the position for the past two years. Patrick also serves as the SVP of Operations at BYD America.

Dario Pagani is Vice President of Marketing & Communications for Autel Energy North America, where he leads brand strategy, partner marketing, and industry engagement across the EV charging ecosystem. He focuses on building strong relationships with Autel’s partner and customer ecosystem, industry peers, and technology providers to accelerate the deployment of reliable and scalable charging infrastructure.

Dario has spent over a decade in the EV charging industry, helping organizations translate emerging technologies into practical solutions for commercial, fleet, and multifamily applications. Prior to joining Autel Energy, he led channel marketing at ChargePoint, where he contributed to the development and scale of partner marketing programs and supported the growth of the company’s distribution and reseller ecosystem.

Dario frequently speaks with industry groups, partners, and policymakers about the evolving EV charging landscape and the role collaboration plays in accelerating electrification.

Ross O’Brien

Ross O’Brien leads EV charging operations for bp pulse in the US. His team is responsible for network performance, pricing, customer experience, maintenance, and partnerships, with a focus on scaling reliable, high‑quality fast charging across key destinations including highways, urban centers, and airports.

A mechanical engineer by training, Ross has spent his career across the energy value chain, holding roles in petrochemicals, refining, and downstream operations before moving into electrification.

Ross is passionate about making EV charging a competitive advantage – transforming it from a perceived barrier into a compelling reason for drivers to choose electric. He believes reliability, simplicity, and customer trust are essential to accelerating mass EV adoption.

Daniel Witt

Head of State & Local Public Policy

Lucid Motors

Daniel Witt is the Head of State & Local Public Policy for Lucid Motors and leads all external engagements in statehouses across the United States. Prior to joining Lucid, he worked at Tesla for seven years, leading a team responsible for all policy work in the western half of the U.S. Additionally, he oversaw policy for the Tesla Semi truck program at its inception and co-managed the site selection process of “Gigafactory 1” in Reno, NV; the largest economic development project in the United States in 2014. Daniel also worked in the U.S. Senate as a personal and policy aide responsible for a diverse portfolio including transportation issues and regional infrastructure projects.

Daniel holds a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University in New York and resides in Oakland, CA with his wife and two children.

She works closely with partners across the public and private sectors to grow Veloz’s national presence and advance our mission to accelerate electric vehicle adoption through member engagement, innovative collaboration, and strategic investment.

Munni brings nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of clean transportation, policy, and public-private partnership. She has led teams that have secured and administered more than $80 million in federal, state, utility, and foundation funding. Her career includes early work at ChargePoint on fast charging infrastructure, leading policy and incentive strategy at women-founded Gage Zero, and previously working with Veloz to expand its powerhouse membership and national reach.
