As the CEO of California’s first woman-minority-owned energy company, Ariel has established impactful partnerships with leading entities such as Los Angeles County, the Walt Disney Company, Kennedy Wilson, and Southern California Gas Company.

Her role expanded into influential board positions at E2 (Environmental Entrepreneurs) and USGBC Los Angeles, where she advocates for clean energy policies that foster business growth and prioritize environmental sustainability. Ariel’s leadership is central to GreenWealth Energy’s mission to advance cleaner energy transportation practices, ensure equitable access to innovative technology, and champion reliability in the sector.

Jon Stafford is the Senior VP of North American Sales with twenty years’ experience in fleet management, automotive, finance, operations, and sales leadership. Certified Auto Fleet Manager (CAFM) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with exposure speaking at North American Fleet Administrators (NAFA) conference, Global Fleet Conference, MoveUSA and most recently the Fleet Electrification US conference in Washington D.C. He speaks on topics related to total cost of ownership, utilization, and variable fleet management. Leadership tenure with Enterprise Fleet Management and LeasePlan USA building long-term mutually beneficial relationships with companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500.

Luke Mairo

Luke Mairo is a financial professional with experience across banking, management, and entrepreneurship. He is the Co-Founder and COO of Voltpost, a hardware-as-a-service company that transforms lampposts into modular electric vehicle charging stations. He leads finance, operations, and business development for the company. He was previously a coverage banker at Barclays’ Corporate Bank focusing on energy and technology companies. Luke co-chaired the Barclays Environment Network of the Americas, managing the US environmental activist activities at the bank. He was nominated for the Barclays Citizenship and Diversity award for his leadership at the Network. In addition to his work at Voltpost, Luke has a Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University’s Climate School. He was the President of the Environmental Entrepreneurs at Columbia, a student organization focused on educating, mentoring, and incubating climate tech entrepreneurs and startups at Columbia’s Climate School programs.

Neel Gulhar

Neel Gulhar is Kaluza’s Chief Product Officer and is responsible for leading the productization of the business’ pioneering SaaS solutions. Neel has over twenty years’ experience in product development, B2B marketing and utility platforms. He has a particular interest and depth in the burgeoning demand response market and decarbonising global energy needs. Previous to Kaluza, Neel was Vice President of Product at Oracle and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Opower where he helped lead the high-growth SaaS company to IPO and acquisition. Neel has extensive knowledge of the utility sector having spent over a decade working for US majors Exelon and Baltimore Gas & Electric.

Suncheth Bhat

EV Realty

Suncheth is Chief Business Officer at EV Realty, where he leads strategy, business development, and external affairs. He brings over 18 years of experience in electric vehicle, renewable energy, and large-scale infrastructure investments.

Prior to joining EV Realty, Suncheth was Director of Clean Energy Transportation at Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) responsible for strategy, policy, and implementation of a $500M portfolio of non-traditional utility investments in EV infrastructure.  Suncheth and his team developed first-of-its kind programs to reduce EV ownership costs, installed over 5,000 EV chargers across 80 cities, and built a pipeline to electrify over 2,000 medium and heavy-duty vehicles for more than 100 fleet operators.

While at PG&E, Suncheth also held several leadership positions across distributed generation, utility-scale renewables, and finance. He began his career at Bechtel Corporation building wireless telecommunications infrastructure for AT&T in Southern California.

He has an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a BA from UCLA.

Josh Boone

Executive Director

Veloz

Josh Boone is the founding executive director of Veloz. Josh has worked in the zero-emissions vehicle field for 15 years, bringing the public and private sectors together to advance awareness, understanding and consideration for electric cars.  He creatively brings his policy and technical background to grow engagement across a variety of networks to passionately implement Veloz’s Electric For All mission.

Previously, Josh was the deputy executive director of the California Plug-In Electric Vehicle Collaborative upon which Veloz was founded.  He led all Veloz development efforts to foster the initial concept, including directing work efforts to give the organization a name, brand, visual identity, philosophy and workplan while also spearheading board development.

Josh holds MS and BS degrees from the University of California, Davis, and has authored several scientific publications.  He and his wife have three children and drive electric.
