Noah Garcia serves as Veloz’s Policy Education Lead and oversees the organization’s policy education initiatives. He partners with leaders across Veloz’s membership to develop actionable insights that expand electric mobility options for all.

Noah brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of transportation and power sectors. In his previous role, he served as EVgo’s Senior Manager of Market Development and Public Policy, where he executed policy strategies to scale the growth of the company’s public fast-charging business. He also has prior non-profit, consulting, and trade association experience advancing transportation electrification programs across the country.

Noah holds MA and BA degrees from Stanford University and lives in San Francisco, where he enjoys riding electric bikes, cars, buses, and trains around the city.
